Centraal Bureau Fondsenwerving (CBF) is the Dutch supervisory body that assesses and monitors charities and fundraising organizations in the Netherlands. CBF provides the CBF-Erkenning (recognition), a quality mark indicating that a charity meets strict standards for reliability, governance and financial health. The organisation maintains a public register of recognised charities, offers guidance for donors, municipalities and funders (including support for subsidy decisions), publishes research and donor panel insights, and handles complaints about fundraising and collection activities to promote trust in charitable giving.
