About Dhampur Sugar Mills
Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited, established in 1933 and based in New Delhi, India, is one of the oldest integrated sugar companies in the country. The company, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells branded, white, and raw sugar, as well as byproducts such as ethanol, specialty chemicals (including ethyl acetate), industrial alcohol, and potable spirits. It also produces and sells country liquor, petrol, and agricultural products. Dhampur Sugar Mills operates through six segments: Sugar, Power, Distillery, Chemicals, Potable Spirit, and Other, and runs co-generation facilities with a capacity of over 120 megawatts, using bagasse and molasses to generate power.
