About Drone
Drone provides a self-service continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) platform that automates software build, test, and delivery pipelines. Pipelines are defined as code (YAML) stored in the project's Git repository and each pipeline step runs in an isolated Docker container. Drone integrates with source code management systems such as GitHub, GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, and GitLab, and supports multiple OS architectures (Linux x64, ARM, ARM64, Windows x64). The platform offers plugin and extensibility support, secret management, approval workflows, and can be deployed on-premises or used as a cloud offering.
