Federação Catarinense de Municípios (FECAM) is a Brazilian federation of municipal consortia and associations in the state of Santa Catarina. FECAM promotes intermunicipal cooperation, provides technical support and training to municipal administrators, organizes events (including the Congresso de Municípios de Santa Catarina - COMAC), and coordinates public management initiatives and shared public-service consortia (water, sewage, solid waste, drainage). The organization offers capacity-building through its Escola de Gestão Pública Municipal (EGEM) and operates programs and agencies that support municipal governance, innovation and modernization of public administration across member municipalities. FECAM is headquartered in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
