About
Packet Clearing House (PCH) is a nonprofit intergovernmental treaty organization that provides operational support and security for critical Internet infrastructure worldwide. PCH builds and supports Internet Exchange Points (IXPs), supplies equipment, training and ongoing operations support, and maintains a global directory and statistics of IXPs. PCH operates one of the largest authoritative DNS service networks, pioneering DNS anycast for top-level and root nameservers, hosting multiple root letters and hundreds of top-level domains on thousands of servers globally, and operates high-assurance DNSSEC signing platforms. The organization also conducts regular workshops and provides policy, governance and technical training related to Internet operations and regulation.
