Teach For America (TFA) is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization that recruits, trains, and places recent college graduates and professionals as teachers in low-income communities. TFA runs a corps program where participants commit to teach for a set period (commonly two years) in underserved K–12 schools, and the organization provides professional development, training, and alumni networks to support educators and advance educational equity. TFA also conducts advocacy, leadership development, and partner programs aimed at improving educational outcomes for students in high-need areas across the United States.
