CENIA (Česká informační agentura životního prostředí) is a state-funded contributory organization of the Czech Ministry of the Environment that collects, validates and provides environmental data and information. It develops, operates and maintains environmental information systems (e.g., ENVIROMETR, ISOH, ISPOP, CRP, IRZ, SEPNO, Geoportál, EIA/SEA systems), offers mapping services, supports waste and circular economy data, provides technical infrastructure for mandatory reporting, and performs expert assessment activities related to integrated prevention. CENIA acts as the Czech contact point for the European INSPIRE spatial data infrastructure and collaborates with government data providers, research institutions and universities.
