Kraj Vysočina is a regional self-governing administrative unit in the Czech Republic located on the border between Bohemia and Moravia. The region comprises five former districts (Havlíčkův Brod, Jihlava, Pelhřimov, Třebíč and Žďár nad Sázavou) with its capital in Jihlava. The regional government provides public services including regional planning, transportation, healthcare oversight, cultural and tourism promotion, social services and administration of regional grants and investments.
